Lolovins began in 2022 at Domaine Thuronis in southern France, where I worked alongside winemakers Alexandre Coulange and Astrid Lerouxel.

That’s where I truly discovered what natural wine means, working in the vines throughout the year until harvest begins, then letting the grapes ferment naturally and having the patience to enjoy the process as it comes to life.

Since then, I’ve returned to France each year to join harvests with producers like J.M. Dreyer, Patrick Desplats, Raphaël Beysang, Sébastien Morin, and Mai Lam.

These experiences taught me that great wine starts in the vineyard, guided by experience, intuition, and a sense of vision for what it can become.

I work with winemakers who follow nature’s rhythm and create wines with true personality and depth — wines that are vibrant, expressive, and alive.

With Lolovins, my aim is to offer honest, characterful wines that reflect this philosophy.
