Lolovins began in 2022 at Domaine Thuronis in southern France, where I worked alongside winemakers Alexandre Coulange and Astrid Lerouxel.
This is where I truly discovered what natural wine means — working in the vineyards throughout the seasons, following the grapes from vine to fermentation, and learning to trust the process as it naturally unfolds. Alexandre and Astrid are part of the Vins S.A.I.N.S philosophy, which deeply shaped my approach and continues to guide my work today.
Since then, I have returned to France each year to take part in harvests and work alongside producers such as J.M. Dreyer, Patrick Desplats, Raphaël Beysang, Sébastien Morin, and Mai Lam and with JC Garnier, further deepening my understanding of vineyard-driven winemaking.
These experiences taught me that great wine begins in the vineyard, guided by experience, intuition, and a clear vision rather than intervention.
I collaborate with winemakers who follow nature’s rhythm to craft wines with true personality and depth, bottles that are vibrant, expressive, and alive.
With Lolovins, my aim is to share honest, characterful wines that reflect this philosophy, through curated selections and collaborative events.
Whether you’re a sommelier, a restaurant, or simply curious about what’s in your glass, I’d love to connect. Lolovins is about working together, sharing knowledge, and building a community around natural wine.
