Lolovins began in 2022 at Domaine Thuronis in southern France, working alongside winemakers Alexandre Coulange and Astrid Lerouxel.

That's where I discovered what natural wine really means - in the vineyard, through the seasons, following the grapes from vine to bottle and learning to trust the process instead of controlling it. Alexandre and Astrid work by the Vins S.A.I.N.S. philosophy, and it still shapes how I choose wine today.

I've gone back to France every harvest since, working alongside producers like J.M. Dreyer, Patrick Desplats, Raphaël Beysang, Sébastien Morin, Mai Lam, and JC Garnier.

Each one taught me the same lesson from a different angle: great wine starts in the vineyard, guided by experience and intuition, not intervention.

With Lolovins, I bring that philosophy to Rotterdam, curated boxes for private clients, and direct partnerships with restaurants and bars who want wines with real personality behind them. Every bottle I bring in, I've either worked the harvest for or know the person who did.
